David Diamond is a partner and co-founder of the firm. He focuses mainly on service businesses and has widespread experience representing U.S. divisions and subsidiaries of foreign companies. David’s expertise is in the area of alien taxation. He helps employers hire employees from overseas to work in the U.S.
“We assist both the employers and the employees by determining, what is an appropriate level of compensation so both sides are satisfied with the employment agreement.”
David has written several articles on the tax implications of imported employees, one of which was published in an issue of ALA News, a publication of the Association of Legal Administrators.

A Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst, David is a member of the AICPA, the Illinois CPA Society and is a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). He is also a past Treasurer of the Vernon Hills Chamber of Commerce as well as a past member of the Schaumburg/Hoffman Estates Rotary. What he likes best about his job is “solving clients’ problems, which in turn helps them become more profitable, save money and grow their businesses.”
David and his wife, Susan, have four children and three grandchildren. In his spare time, he likes to golf and travel. He often makes trips to Colorado and New York to visit his children.
