Marc Fixler has been in public accounting for 40+ years, and a firm principal for most of them! He started with a firm in Lincolnwood in 1966, and the firm evolved over the years to become Wolf, Weis & Horowitz in 1991. Marc was one of the decision-makers to merge with KRD in 2008.
Over the course of his career, Marc has worked in every aspect of accounting, including litigation support. He feels his expertise is in tax matters for construction firms.
Marc graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree, is a Certified Public Accountant, and a member of both the AICPA and the Illinois CPA Society.
Marc and his wife, Bonnie, reside in Buffalo Grove. They have two children and three grandchildren. In his spare time, Marc enjoys a round of golf, swimming, and biking.
