Firm Profile

Chris Cameron returned to KRD in 1999 after serving as the CFO of a large, privately owned real estate management company.  He has been in public accounting for over 12 years, working for both local and regional CPA firms.  In January, 2002 Chris became a Shareholder of the firm.  He oversees the Audit and Accounting Department.

A certified public accountant, Chris earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Loyola University.  He is a member of the AICPA, the Illinois CPA Society and the Institute of Management Accountants.  He serves on the Board for the Rolling Meadows Chamber of Commerce as its current President.

He has concentrations in real estate (including HUD/IHDA supervised projects), mortgage brokers (including HUD Title II loan correspondents), non-profit organizations and manufacturers (especially tool and die shops) to name a few.

Chris, his wife Kelli, and son Everett are awaiting the birth of their new baby in May 2009. The family and their dogs Ella and Gabby, reside in St. Charles.  Chris enjoys spending time with his family, music, and sports, in general.
