IRS No Longer Mailing Employer’s Quarterly Federal Tax Return

Due to the continuing growth in electronic filing, the IRS has announced that it will no longer mail Employer quarterly Federal Tax Return Forms to employers (Form 941).  Rather, employers will need to retrieve the forms from the IRS website:
 The forms can be easily filled in and saved.
NOTE:  Check the IRS website at least quarterly since 941 forms are often updated from one quarter to the next. 
Forms 940, 944 and 945 will no longer be mailed either.
